Jeddah in Saudi Arabia is a city by the Red Sea that has grown in the 21st century

Al Rahma Mosque

This white mosque seems to emerge from the sea, almost floating, and is relatively new, only being built in 1985.

Jeddah hosts round 3 & 4 of the 2025 season of Formula E (in its 11th season), an electric car racing series with 22 talented drivers driving for 11 teams, racing around the world.
